Long Time No See

Well it sure has been awhile....
So anyways here is a quilt I made for my parents for Christmas. And my sister is anxiously waiting for hers. It could have been done weeks ago but I'm a procrastinator at times. And well not having your full health can be a show stopper too. I went to the Dr. yesterday and found out that I have a upper respitory infection. I've been feeling pretty crumby since last Sat. but I was hoping that I was going to battle this out w/o having to see the Doc. When it felt like I couldn't breathe when I was at work is when It got a little scary. So now I'm using an inhaler when needed and taking an antibiotic.

I made scarves this year and gave them out to some family members for Christmas gifts. Everyone really liked them including my mom pictured with me below. I have 2 more...one of them is going to friend. And the other well I think I will put in my Etsy shop.
I think this years Christmas photos turned out beautifully. At mom and dads they had put up a Christmas tree ... they haven't had one in years. And since they moved into there new condo they wanted one.

This is my boyfriend Al.

This is my Mom and Dad.

Sooo as I continue to get back on my feet this weekend from this infection I'm going to work on my sisters quilt and finish that up. And sew those last 2 scarves up. Then I can start concintrating on other projects.
I couldn't believe it this morning when I woke up and looked out my window. Yeah I know its winter and all and its suppose to snow. But I didn't think we were going to have a blow in. That snow is coming down like crazy.
One of Al's friends is suppose to come over today and spend the weekend here and go ice fishing. We live up the road from the lake. I'm wondering if we will be seeing him today now that it is snowing the way it is. And if we are I'd better get dressed because I dont know what time he'll be coming over. Al is at work. Lord knows I don't want to be answering the door in my night gown. LOL!
Have a Great Friday!
