Well ... Here she is...

I was sooooo Happy to start on this project. I've had the pattern to make this for about a month now. But like anything that I have never done before sometimes takes a great deal of time before I take the plunge. It doesn't look very hard to make. But if your like me...the only sewing class I was ever in was when I took home ech. in school. That was more than 20 years ago. So this sewing a circle piece around the bottom was definately a challenge for me. It has a few gliches in it but I love it. I have 2 more to make. The pattern came with 3 labels to iron on. Maybe by the time I get the third one done I'll be a pro. LOL!

Great News!!!! And I'm in Stitchz about it.....

I'm very excited to announce that I have been given the opportunity to be the website updater for my local scrapbook store Memories From the Heart. I have been doing the photos for their blog for a few months now.

Next: I love this new product called In Stitchz by Bazzil.. This can make things so much easier for people like me who don't do well with a needle and thread in hand. Sew on your scrapbook pages, pictures, fabrics.... I've got so many ideas and can't wait to start using it.

YAY!!!!! I'm soooo Excited!

Finally after months of not having an RSS Feed due to reduing my blog I have one now. Html can be so confusing. Now for all of you that have me in your blog list you can see when I post something new....That makes me soooooo Happy. I was very frustrated because very few people were coming to my blog no matter what I posted which then led to the lack of post. But now things will be much better.
I have been working on so many different outlets....I learned how to knit this year and have been making some dishcloths...still cant get one perfect yet but hey I'm the one using them...so if it has a hole in the center of it I'll be the only one that knows. I'm kind of hoping I can get it right soon though because I would like to give some away at some point.

Recently I bought this knitting pattern from RVA to make a bear hat. And this is the lovely Elsie Flannigan sporting this hat...Isn't it adorable?!

Well this is that time of the year where some of your loved ones are off to shoot some deer. Are you one of them? I am. I plan to work on lots of beautiful projects. What are your plans?

Html HELP NEEDED?!

Hello! I'm just taking a total guess at this....You know how when your blog is in someones "BLOG LIST"? And it shows when your last update was posted or a little snippet of what it is about...well I have lost that option and don't have a clue how to get it back. So even though I post something new...my blog never goes to the top of the list stating anything new was posted...it just stays down at the bottom of the list. Can anyone help me out here?

Sweetwater Delicious!!!!

Aren't these little buckets just the cutest things ever. I love sweetwater fabrics. I'm hoping to be able to find a place where I can buy the fabrics someday. But for right now I have the patterns to make these cute little 7" buckets. And I love the quilt that is underneath them.

Edwards Apple Orchard Popular Grove IL.

I love seeing the cute little animals..And this was the first time I'd ever seen a chicken that looked like this before.

Here is a picture of what Edwards Apple Orchard looked like after the Tornado went through in January of 2008.

I always loved taking pictures of the farm every year that I went. Even there home was part of the tragedy But this is what it looks like today.

I thought these frames were awesome...This picture was taken as an inspiration piece.

Here is all of the dabree that they were able to save and they hung it up on the wall inside the barn.

What an Awesome Surprise!!!

Remember back in July I won the new Epic 6 machine? Well today I got an e-mail from Quickutz...I had made a comment on there blog a few weeks ago about some embossing folders and was chosen for the number 1 winner. I won 5 new embossing folders! That's so cool. What a way to add to your collection of pieces. I'm also waiting for a free 6x6 die from quickutz for getting a machine. Last weekend I went to a 3 day scrapbooking retreat. I accomplished a lot...considering I'm a slow scrapper. A while ago I attended a Prima class, taught by The Primadonna Tina...we did this book below and got all the supplies along with the class. All I needed to do was add pictures. These 2 are my two little boys Chesney and Cheeto. (Little monsters)

I know some of you may be thinking. "You spelled Chesney wrong!.... I know I did...I ran out of room, and the letters weren't coming off. So I just went with it.
