Finished Book***

Well here she is..... This is the book kit I ordered from Leigh-Ann. I finished it today and am really happy with it. Now I just have to fill it with pictures and other cute stuff. Thanks again LA for offering this kit. I've always wanted to make one of these.

Excitedness

Awaiting its arrival..... Hmmmmm I wonder what I will put in my new book!? I'm super excited about this. Making a book from scratch. I like doing things like this more than just buying an already made up book. This way you can make it your own. You can purchase this here

Here is my take on a handmade Art Journal. For sale here .

And this is going to be soooo cute for whatever I use it for. Robert Kaufman is a big favorite of mine for fabric purchases. Yet it can be so hard to find. I've got a couple of places you can find Robert Kaufman fabrics. Go Here & Here .

And last but not least....I know this is totally off subject but I'm getting excited about getting this back out on the water. The ice is melting. Spring is coming. Which means getting the boat out. Having that sun on my face and getting a little bit of color. I'll fish a little bit...but my boyfriend is into that more than me. I'll bring my camera and take pictures, or bring one of my favorite magazines to read.

Its a rainy day today and its going to be raining all weekend.

Today I'm going to work on my Color Me Happy book from the Pretty Class.

What are you doing today?

I had a very productive weekend in creative world

Well these pictures don't do this book justice due to bad lighting but....This is a book I made for a girl at work who has a nephew that is in the Marines. The book is actually for the girls sister who is the mother of the youngster who is in the Marines. (did I lose you at any point?) LOL!Inside the book I made 2 areas to act as folders for written letters sent home. The blank pages are for mom to write down stuff or post pictures that might come her way. I'm really happy with how this turned out.
And last but not least this is a layout I made with the July kit from RVKC ....It's been a long time since I scrapped for myself.

I added a few things outside of the kit like these AC chipboard pcs. from the Travel line. And some grid scrap paper from scenic route.
Well its time to turn in for the night. Hope everybody had a Great Monday and make sure you get over here to see the latest update.
