It's Karen from Rachel's art journaling class here :) Just thought I would pop over and say...hi!

Thank you for your empathy re: my comment on the class site. I know what you mean, I have problems taking pics of my WHOLE self too. Usually it's face only. I need to overcome that somehow. And I know what you mean about thinking your life is not interesting to share too. I used to blog but I haven't for a year. I stopped because of what was happening in my personal life. I lost a lot from that experience, but it has taught me a lot about myself. I have a new love in my life now and have never felt so happy, and my self-confidence has returned, but my creative confidence is taking a while to get there. Rachel's class has definitely stirred the creative voice up again, and it's an amazing feeling, isn't it?

Girl, I just wanted to say that I think you are SO beautiful, SO talented, and you and your life are SOOOO worth journaling about!!! Everyone deserves that opportunity. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feeling with me :)

Love xo

P.S. I am in two minds about whether you should say something about this kid or not. I agree with Rebecca, but then he does need to be respectful too. Hmmm, being a "boy" is right! Boys need to grow up tho :)

teinture@ymail.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4534116555882446123.post-41185113576319688562008-08-13T14:50:00.000-05:002008-08-13T14:50:00.000-05:00Hi,thanks for the comment :) I STILL haven't gotte...Hi,
thanks for the comment :) I STILL haven't gotten my Elsie recipe cards and I ordered it online about a month ago. I went to their website and I couldn't find any contact info, so I'll just wait a few more days.
About your post: I think that bringing it up would make you seem like a whiner. If he says something truely demeaning about your character, your work efforts or your personal life, THEN I would bring it up to a supervisor. It sounds like he is just being a "boy" - exactly what you said. I would try to ignore him.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00324070913172560772noreply@blogger.com
